immediate weight lossPeople don’t just eat to subsist. For many, it’s an experience.  They don’t just taste the food they relive past positive feelings while they consume.  This kind of self hypnosis disconnects them from the act of eating and they become unaware of the volume of food they are putting in their body.  People eating their feelings is a sand trap for gaining weight.  Think about this for a minute. Does this  pattern sound familiar?  Do you like to go to your favorite restaurant? Have you ever stopped to think about why it’s your favorite? Be cognizant of what you are doing  don’t eat when you are upset.  Plan sensible meals and portions ahead of meal time.

If you don’t know what you are going to eat at lunch tomorrow are 100 times more likely to be at McDonald’s tomorrow at noon.  Stat your body transformation by doing little things that you know you should do.  Start bringing a water bottle to work.  Keep refilling it at the drinking fountain until you consume that almighty 8 glasses of water that is always recommended by.

It’s easy to make healthy meals that are both appealing and satisfying.  Checkout out the kabobs I made above.  It’s a simple mix of tomatoes, squash, onion and peppers.  It’s all natural and super good.  Keep visiting my blog for more tips and yummy food.  Don’t forget to follow me on twitter.

Great post!! I’m guilty of often eating my feelings & not really thinking about what I’m doing while I’m doing it. It seems to be a vicious cycle, but you’re right – preparing & planning your own meals ahead of time does help! As does taking a minute to think about WHY I’m really doing it – as well as the consequence of weight gain.
